This policy sets out how BoxGames Studio (hereinafter referred to as "we") handles users' personal information and related information on the mobile app and website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by BoxGames Studio.

1. Information to be collected

• Information entered in the inquiry form (name, email address, text, optional attachments, etc.)

• Information generated during application operation

  • Device information (model name, OS version, language settings, etc.)

  • Usage data (crash logs, ad views/clicks, etc.)

  • Advertising identifier (IDFA) *Only with consent

• Purchase and restore information (StoreKit transaction ID, etc.) *For the purpose of checking in-app purchases
  

2. How to obtain

• Provided directly by the user through form submission

• Automatic acquisition by the SDK within this service (e.g., Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google UMP SDK, StoreKit 2)
  

3. Purpose of use

• Responses to inquiries, support, and quality improvement

• Prevent fraudulent activity, confirm and restore purchases of paid items (remove ads)

• Optimization and measurement of ad delivery (within the scope of consent)
  

4. Third party provision/sharing

• Advertisement distribution: Google LLC (AdMob)
  This service delivers ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Whether or not personalization is enabled can be configured through consent management (Google UMP) when the app is launched.

• Payment: Apple (App Store / StoreKit)
  Payment and refunds for in-app purchases follow Apple's terms and conditions. We do not store credit card information.

• Other than the above, we will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except as required by law.
  

5. Consent Management (Tracking Settings)

• You can choose whether or not to allow ads to be personalized through the iOS "Allow Apps to Track You" and in-app consent dialogs (Google UMP). You may be able to redisplay or change your settings from within the app.
  

6. Storage Period

• Inquiry details: After the response is completed, the information will be safely stored and deleted for a maximum of two years.

• Logs and measurement data: Retained only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose (in accordance with the regulations of each service)
  

7. Safety management

• The information obtained will be managed using reasonable security measures such as access restrictions and encryption.
  

8. Children's Privacy

• This service is not primarily targeted at children under the age of 4. If we become aware that information has been collected from users of this age, we will delete it.
  

9. User Rights

• If you wish to disclose, correct, or delete your retained personal data, we will respond appropriately after verifying your identity.

• This policy will be revised as necessary, and any significant changes will be announced on this page.
